Maple-Vail has a rich history in book manufacturing and distribution services that spans more than a century. Four state-of-the-art facilities effectively meet the needs of our customers from Prepress through Distribution. Book manufacturing operations are located at the Maple Press Company in York, Pennsylvania. At this site, over 15 million hardcover and papercover books are produced annually in a variety of trim sizes and bind styles. Our combination of web and sheetfed presses gives Maple-Vail the flexibility to handle a wide range of order quantities utilizing the most cost-effective platform. These capabilities are complemented by partnerships which allow us to also offer digital print services and a full book component program as well.

Along with our manufacturing capabilities, Maple-Vail operates three, custom-built Distribution Centers in York, Lebanon and Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. Offering an extensive array of services, these facilities comprise over 440,000 square feet and can securely store your products, plus provide you with a wide range of third party logistics solutions. We pride ourselves on the quality and accuracy of our flexible warehouse management system, one which supports consistently shipping out most orders in less than 24 hours. All three of our Distribution Centers are strategically located near major trucking routes and bulk mail centers to minimize transportation and mailing costs.
